Free Horse Health Care Clinic
2010 Free Horse Health Care Clinic - Sunday, April 18th, 2-4pm
This is a special clinic held exclusively at Myhio Haven Horse Farm.
This will be the 4th year Myhio Haven Horse Farm hosts their annual Free Horse Health Care Clinic in the Spring. This clinic is absolutely FREE to the public, and horse owners, horse lovers, and 4H members are encouraged to attend. This clinic is usually held in our indoor arena due to cold weather, but if the weather turns out to be really nice, we will hold the clinic outdoors. We have chairs to accommodate around 50 people, but there is room for many more. Our 2008 Free Horse Health Care Clinic had an attendance of over 80 people, so extra chairs or blankets are always appreciated!
The Farm would like to give a warm THANK YOU to our wonderful presenters, who have been with us since year one! We are proud to provide a venue for this most vital & valuable information. This clinic would not be possible without all the knowledge, experience & generosity of our amazing presenters:

2010 Winter Horse Show - January 19th & 20th.
Myhio Haven Horse Farm is hosting this show in our indoor arena. The Saturday, January 19th classes of the 2010 Winter Horse Show will be Obstacle Course Classes & Horseback Games Classes. Sunday will be jumper classes. Class times, prices & prizes coming soon!
Obstacle Courses are offered as Competitions, Clinics & Exhibitions.

Due to the popularity of the indoor timed Obstacle Courses that replaced the Cross-Country classes in our Fall Festival Open Show Jumping & Cross-Country Horse Show, we are plannning on including Obstacle Course Classes in our 2010 Winter Horse Show with courses of different difficulty levels with & without jumps. Faults will be given for failure to complete obstacles (no one is eliminated), and the rider with the least faults & the fastest time wins! Remember, some of the obstacles involve walking, so our obstacle course is the ultimate test of speed & control. The 2010 winter show will be held in our indoor arena. The Summer Obstacle Course Competition will be held outdoors and will be expanded to include games suited to warmer weather!

For exhibition, Janine & Emily ride Myhio Haven Horse Farm's lesson horses to demonstrate Show Jumping at the 3' level & up. Janine & Emily, along with students & friends, provided Show Jumping Exhibitions at the 2007 & 2008 Scioto County Fair! For exhibition, Myhio Haven Horse Farm can provide a full course of stadium fences and obstacles including a roll-top, barrels, coup, barn, house, boxes, flower boxes, & arches.

Cross-Country
2010 Cross-Country Clinic - July 17th & 18th, 2-4pm
Myhio Haven Horse Farm is hosting this clinic on our Cross-Country Course, with over 17 jumps ranging from 6" logs to 2'9 tire jump. Height of jumps determined by horse/rider experience. Great for introducing horses to trail obstacles as well as experienced eventers! Sections will be offered for beginner & advanced riders. FREE to watch! $35 to bring your own horse & $40 to ride one of ours. Reserve your horse early! Entries due one week in advance.
Cross-Country is offered as a Clinic.
